Ned Carlson is an operating executive with more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, transforming, and investing in healthcare services and technology-enabled businesses. He has served as a CEO, board director, operating partner, and investor, partnering with private equity sponsors and management teams to drive growth, improve operational performance, and create long-term enterprise value. Ned has experience across multiple healthcare sectors, including multi-site healthcare delivery and payer services organizations.

Ned currently serves on the Board of Directors of Already Autism Health, a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services backed by Triton Pacific. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Trumpet Behavioral Health, where he led the company’s strategic transformation and national expansion.  Ned earned a degree in Government from Harvard University.
