Brad Hively

Mr. Hively has over 25 years of experience leading and investing in healthcare companies. He serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Unio Health Partners. Mr. Hively also serves on the Board of Directors for The Oncology Insitute (NASDAQ: TOI), the nation’s leading value-based oncology group; and OrthoNebraska, the Midwest’s leading orthopedic practice management company. From November 2023 to June 2024, Mr. Hively served as Interim CEO at Unio Health Partners. As the Interim CEO of Unio, Mr. Hively focused on team building, leadership development, and operational excellence to unlock the benefits of Unio’s scale. Prior to Unio, Mr. Hively successfully led three other physician practices; including most recently as CEO of The Oncology Institute, an oncology practice with 750 teammates, 120 providers, and 65 clinics across 5 states. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
