Ms. Brumwell has more than 10 years of experience in finance, healthcare M&A, investing, and strategic consulting. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, she worked in healthcare investment banking with Raymond James, where she advised on multiple M&A transactions and public offerings in the healthcare services and pharmacy sectors. Ms. Brumwell later served as an independent advisor to a number of growth-stage companies, lending her financial and industry expertise to a variety of capital-raising activities and strategic initiatives. She is extensively involved with each of Triton Pacific’s healthcare investments, sits on several company boards, and focuses on long-term value creation across the portfolio. Ms. Brumwell holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia and a master’s degree in finance from Vanderbilt University, where she graduated at the top of her class.
