Kalpana is a Vice President at Triton Pacific, where she focuses on healthcare investments and portfolio value creation.

Kalpana brings over 8 years of private equity and growth investing experience across the healthcare, technology, and business services sectors. She has closed more than 10 transactions representing approximately $1 billion in enterprise value and has served as a board observer for multiple portfolio companies. She previously held investment roles at ClearSky, Northlane Capital Partners, and Boyne Capital, where she led deal evaluation and execution across the middle and lower middle markets. She began her career in financial consulting at Deloitte.

Kalpana holds an M.B.A. in Finance & Healthcare and a B.S. in Neuroscience from the College of William & Mary, where she was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma.
